The managing director of West Midland digital agency Freestyle Interactive is used to creating a splash online.
But
Suzanne Linton’s swimming prowess helped her, together with her
team-mates, enter the world record books for their efforts at the
British Gas ASA Masters Championship in Sheffield.
Along
with fellow swimmers Nicola Raine, Joanne Minion, Hayley Bettinson, the
team from Kings Heath-based Camp Hill Edwardians took the title for the
4x50-metre freestyle relay event in one min 52.41 seconds in the
category for teams with a combined age of over 160 years.
And Suzanne is the UK’s second fastest swimmer in her age group of 45-49 years, behind her team-mate Hayley.
In the past Suzanne has broken numerous British records in swimming competition – a sport she has been involved in since school.
Recently
Suzanne also recently took the Chair of the Leamington Spa Amateur Swimming Club . She said: “Competitive swimming is a passion
and it’s great to be able to achieve world record status.
“It’s also wonderful to be able to take play a role in our local club helping to coach young swimming talent.”
Knowledge

Swimming Champion Rebecca Adlington
The agency, which employs 48 people, is the largest digital marketing, website and design agency in the Midlands.
